Duplicate Bridge Night

We play bridge at the Pine Ridge Community Center every Thursday evening.  Play starts at 6:30 and is usually over around 9:00.

We play duplicate bridge, but duplicate experience is not needed.  Duplicate bridge is bid and played just like other forms of bridge (rubber, party, Chicago, etc.).  You can learn duplicate scoring as you go along.

We are NOT an American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) sanctioned game.  That means we are a relaxed and friendly game that isn’t too stringent with the rules.  That also means we do not award master points.

So if you’d like to have a fun evening playing cards give us a call and we’ll try to find you a partner.  If you have a partner just stop by Thursday night and start playing.

If you are interested in learning bridge let us know; and if there are enough interested people we will schedule some basic lessons.  Unfortunately bridge is too complex to learn from the beginning during the Thursday night game.
