The 2021 dues will be in the mail on December 7th along with three notices. You may drop your payment off at the office, we have a drop box set up in the foyer entry to the administrative offices. Please place your account number on the check and use the envelope that was provided.
If you have any questions, regarding the notices, or payment options, please call the office at 352-746-0899 or email manager@pineridgeassn.com. All address corrections or changes must be sent in writing via mail or us mail. Prepayments are accepted.

I sent my 2021 hoa payment online via Property owner’s association , however a letter I read that you wrote states , That we may drop payment off at the office ? Does this mean not to send payment via web-site? I sent in my payment today Dec 8th confirmation #115 through the web-site.

The billing statements went out in the mail yesterday. Please watch for that packet, included with the same is important information. As far as your payment is concerned, I will watch for it and send you confirmation. There are many ways to pay accounts, register on this website, drop off, use the mailer envelope to the lockbox, bill pay, PayPal and wires; it really is preference.

Is a processing fee associated with online annual dues payments?

Yes there is a fee for both e-check and credit card. The e-check is $1.95 and the use of a credit card varies as it is a percentage of the dollar amount due.
