IMPORTANT.. Concerning Annual Billing

Pine Ridge Association is putting out this reminder to notify the owners that the Annual Assessments “Dues statement” were mailed on November 7th for a pay date of January 1, 2021 with a late date after January 31, 2021. Please check to make sure you have brought your account (s) up to date to avoid fees. If not, the office is open from 8:30 AM to 4:40 PM today and Friday the 30th. Alternatively, you may register and pay online. The registration system will be monitored all day Saturday to help assist those who wish to make pay via the online system.
