Dear Neighbors:
As you have seen in our recent website post and the Sunday October 24th Citrus Chronicle newspaper article, the proposed Suncoast Parkway II/CR 486 terminus is being revisited as a result of our continual communication.
We seem to now have mutual goals with our County Commission insofar as Pine Ridge was never in favor of having the interchange—while our Commissioners are anxious to maintain the original plan of a Red Level US 19 terminus—the quicker the better.
Please review the attachments for more complete information.

I have sent out my Emails to all members per the request,

Done. Good Job. I may be mistaken, but some on this mailing lists were the advocates for the change from the original plan.
I am in favor of an interchange on 486. I don’t see a huge amount of traffic ruining Sugarmill woods and crazy growth in that area that some seem to think it’s going to happen. I don’t see large volumes of people cutting through PRE just you get to Beverly Hills.
Mike, I disagree with your assessment of the potential threat the 486 intersection could present to Pine Ridge. Sugarmill Woods is not Pine Ridge. Pine Ridge is an equestrian community with horses crossing Pine Ridge Blvd at any given time. The proposed 486 interchange was not in the original plan for the Suncoast connector. It was not needed then nor is it needed now. We do not need any additional traffic nor do we want it.
Respectfully,
Ray

Will do. Thank you for your tireless work on this matter. We wish to keep PR as quiet and traffic-free as possible. Thoroughfare traffic can only cheapen the tranquil atmosphere of PR.
Thank you for your comments.
