Voting Updates:

The Electronic voting process is moving along very well. If you have not yet voted, please know that the system pushes out an invitation to do so every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday until each voter has voted. When you enter the system with your code, your properties if you own multiple units will be combined but the vote will be counted for each lot you own and per the original vote cast. If you have more than one property and have entered in a different email into each of them, look for them to be separate. You may also check your spam, if you have not yet received an invitation and you know you signed up. If you are looking for the resumes or the amendments, they will be found on the voting page in a PDF file, click on the file for review. The paper packet and ballots have been sent out to the mailing company for processing and mail out next week, you still may sign up for electronic process, but for this Annual Election and Referendum, you will not get an invitation, but you can still vote online once you receive the instructions in the Annual Meeting notice. You may not vote paper and electronic, you still may mail, hand deliver or bring to the annual meeting your ballots within the sealed envelope. Detailed instructions are on the ballot and meeting notice.

Once again, we thank you for your getting involved in electronic processes, each year will get better with experience and the future will hopefully yield even more participation than we have today.
