It was brought to my attention that grass clippings have become an issue to add to some of the already known road complaints within the community. As you are aware, potholes and road breakage are an issue we report to the county for repair on a routine basis. However, lately mowers with their mowing shoots facing towards the roads are depositing large amounts of grass clippings, causing for the potential hazard for motor and bicycle cyclists. Not only can this issue be a potential road hazard, it can also be a contributor to storm drain clogging.  If you have a mowing contractor, please ask that they be mindful of the direction of the mower when cutting at the roadside. If everyone works together on this process, it will be a great effort to minimize issues.

Please report potholes and road breakage to the office, and we will forward this to the county. Email to manager@pineridgeassn.com

Thank you,

Gail
