Congratulations, Pine Ridge! After a long and important effort to protect the interests of our community, the Pine Ridge Property Owners Association has prevailed in its court challenge concerning the golf course property. The Circuit Court granted the Association’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari and quashed Citrus County’s approval of Application AA-2025-00002 and Ordinance 2025-A16. This is a significant victory for Pine Ridge and reflects the dedication, persistence, and commitment of everyone who worked to ensure our community’s voice was heard. We are grateful to all who supported this effort and proud to celebrate this important outcome for Pine Ridge.
