First – Are you a Pine Ridge Homeowner, someone who is thinking about moving to Pine Ridge, or someone who is affiliated with our community? Then fill in the SIgn in now (below) be put on our E-mailing list and you will be kept up to date with all the happenings in our neighborhood! Once completed you will receive an email asking you to verify your email – once you complete that you are done! (you can unsubscribe at anytime!).
Secondly – if you are a Pine Ridge Property Owner make sure you are registered properly in the Pine Ridge Property Owners Administration System. This allows us to pay our dues and gives us the email to reach out to you regarding issues with your property, e-statement, voting and other important issues. Simply click here – Pine Ridge Administration System (Sync). If you have paid dues before use the userid and password registered before. If not the Green button (right beside the login button on the Right hand side – says REGISTER). Fill that out and you will get setup!. Don’t worry if you don’t know your account number we will fix that for you. Make sure you are signed up now!
Third – Sign the electronic notice allowing you to participate in Electronic Voting instead of paper – Electronic Service Form or print a copy of the form here and drop it buy the office. This signature allows you as a Pine Ridge Member to receive electronic notices and vote as we have specific issues that are important to our community. By going electric we are saving as much as $5-10,000 per communication helping to keep our dues down!.
