The Pine Ridge Manager reports to the Pine Ridge Board of Directors. The Following is the Manager’s Message as well as the monthly reports turned in by the Pine Ridge Manager to the Board of Directors.

Dear Property Owner’s,
I cannot believe how the time flies! Now approaching October, and I know many are looking forward for this weather to change and even perhaps, this year to be done with. Again, I am wising everyone well and hope you have been safe from this pandemic and these storms.
As previously noted, Pine Ridge POA transitioned into a new cloud-based software system, this system and its automated features are absolutely amazing, I could not be more pleased with the changes. However, with this process, it has opened my eyes to even more possibilities, so we are actively working on introducing processes that will save the home owners money to be applied to updating or adding amenities, keeping your already low dues low, and being more efficient. We are encouraging everyone register your account by going to the MY HOA tab at the top of this page and then clicking on Register/Pay Dues, please keep in mind you do not have to pay your dues here, this is just an option, but by signing up, you will be part of all the upcoming processes and also have the option to opt out of anything that you are not interested in. The first of many new processes under investigation is electronic voting. We will bring more to you by way of a newsletter push very soon. Please consider signing up to your account, it is yours for as long as you are the owner of record. As for keeping records current you still need to fill out address changes via an email or using the interactive form on the website, but you can view items such as all communications that are open on your property, and again your transaction history. The system is a direct banking system meaning each partner banking account is reconciled daily. I believe this is the beginning of streamlining essential processes and enabling this large community to stay connected through the vast features implemented.
The Board of Directors, Architectural Design and Deed Restriction Review Committees have been getting the job done via Zoom meeting platform. Believe me this is not the preferred method to a meeting, but it is allowing everyone to follow guidelines, stay safe, and get the work accomplished. Grateful to all of them for being flexible with the quick switch and temporary process, and look at going back to in house meetings starting October.
I cannot say enough great things about the staff, they have done a tremendous job with keeping up with the communities needs, the maintenance team inundated with the rain and overgrowth, will soon be getting to the trails so that you can enjoy them when the cool weather arrives, not only this, they did so much work in your community center, this remodel turned out excellent and I do believe you will be proud when you are using it or bringing a guest to a function.
The 94-acre complex consisting of your tennis/pickle ball courts, R/C flying field, playground, picnic areas, shuffleboard courts are all open, we ask that you follow social distancing guidelines and the rules that are posted. For use of the picnic areas with charcoal grills, they are first come first serve… We ask that you clean up after your party and that you do not move the tables out of the pavilion area. Please enjoy!

You will find an address change form on the Community Forms Page, click Here or may send an email to the office Manager@pineridgeassn.com Keeping your data current helps us to assist you with many needs throughout the year.
Please remember to submit application for the following: New home, re-roof of a home, new pool with enclosure plans, fencing and any exterior changes as well as an addition of an accessory unit. If you are repainting your home even if it is the same color, an application needs to be reviewed and approved. The paint colors are located on this site under the forms page and the book is in the Pine Ridge office.
Thanks for using the Pet Registration it is voluntary process, we have many pets that are either lost or found. You are not required to do this, but if your pet is lost, we will have their information on file. Having their information may assist you in locating them. I am always available to board members and can view the data from anywhere if needed. So please feel free to fill out the form, under comments ask to keep your phone and email confidential, we will always be the point of contact between the parties. Click Here to register your pet.

The barn is a friendly environment and a nice amenity; currently we have 17 horses. Diane Plath is a fantastic barn manager and continues to do a fine job!
We continue to welcome new residents, assist all others who need submitting applications to the Architectural Design Committee and those who have general questions about the community. Currently the community has 3,144 homes built or under construction.
