Deed restrictions

We heard you, based on Feedback we have received from the neighborhood, 

• We have removed the pre-sale compliance  from the deed restrictions. 
• We have also removed detached in-law quarters. 
• Additionally, we cleaned up the section addressing the vehicles and vessels parked outside fully enclosed structures as well as some other items that may have been less clear than we would have liked
