Pine Ridge Property Owner’s Association is aware that there is a pending contract for the sale of the Pine Ridge Golf Course. The purchasers reached out to the association this past week, and we met with their agents today regarding the sale of the same. They intend to purchase this as a golf course, and we will be watching and reacting to any attempts to change the land use from other than that use.
