Next week, the Pine Ridge Board of Directors will send a voting referendum that is many pages long. In addition to this referendum will be the annual Board of Directors’ election and your annual meeting notice. Currently, if you use the voting system and have agreed to receive communications via electronic service, you do not have to respond.
However, if you have not previously agreed to receive electronic communications and you wish to help your Association save money (i.e. envelopes, booklets, and postage), then please follow the steps below:
- Go to cincwebaxis.com/
- Sign into your account with the email you received this message from
- Once signed in, click on Online Voting (in the top bar)
- Scroll down and click on the green box that says Vote Now to register for the HOAst online voting system
- Select the name of the person who will cast votes for your property, click on the additional check box, and click Submit
- On the next page, you must click two boxes to consent to receive official electronic communication and to confirm this is your electronic signature. After clicking the two boxes click on the blue box that says Sign to Opt In
- The next page signs you up for Online voting. Click the two boxes to consent to voting online and that this is your electronic signature. After clicking those two boxes, click on the blue box that says Sign to Opt In
Congratulations! You will now see a page with a green box that confirms You have signed the form and can now cast ballots, however, there will be nothing to vote on for another few days.
We appreciate you completing this procedure as soon as possible (before Monday at 6:00 AM) because we want to save money by printing and mailing only the number of packages necessary.
