A BRIEF MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Greetings to all Pine Ridge residents and property owners. 

There have been just enough inquiries regarding the first-time ever POA Board action regarding state and county office candidates, we thought it was appropriate in the interest of transparency to clarify and provide guidance to those voting members who have signed up for SIT and CINC.

We encourage all Pine Ridge resident/voters to review the process, the correspondence, the questions submitted to the candidates and their responses.  This can all be found at the Pine Ridge Property Owners website:  pineridgeassn.com.  Navigate to NEWS and then scroll to Questions For The Candidates 2026.

Your Pine Ridge Property Owners Association reviewed them all and decided in the best interest of the POA and the residents we were elected to serve, to recommend as follows:

State of Florida House of Representatives

JJ Grow, Incumbent

Citrus County Board of County Commission

Diana Finegan, Incumbent

            Holli Herndon,  Newcomer

We recognize there are many and varied reasons why anyone would choose one candidate over another.  The Board of Directors believes, given the totality of the circumstance, our recommendations are the best course of action for Pine Ridge Estates.  Choose wisely as our future is affected.

Early voting is underway at various sites throughout Citrus.  Primary voting day is August 18, 2026.
