The Pine Ridge Property Owners Association Annual Membership Meeting was held on April 12, 2022. A quorum of ballots was not met. As a result the membership was unable to transact business. However, following Robert’s Rules of Order referenced in the PROPA bylaws and the advice of the PPROPA attorney, the members passed a motion that extended the voting deadline till May 24, 2022 at which time the Annual Membership meeting will reconvene.
