Great News for Pine Ridge – Road Resurfacing!
Resurfacing of our next batch of roads has begun! Superior Asphalt started edge preparation today and will begin resurfacing within the next few weeks. The work should take about 6-8 weeks depending on weather and availability of resurfacing materials. First on the list:
• N Palomino Terr.
• N Wagon Pt.
• N Yacht Terr.
• W Yearling Dr.
More roads to follow soon.
As you know, our roads are in pretty bad shape. There will be some inconvenience and a bit of a mess. Please be kind to the workers. They will do their best to minimize the impact on us.
