Pine Ridge Estates Property Owners Association Survey

Background:

There are two different projects under development by the Florida Turnpike Authority that impact Pine Ridge Estates.

The first is the Suncoast Parkway that cuts through and impinges on the southwest portion of Pine Ridge Estates.
The second is a set of Florida Turnpike Extension alternatives with two corridors skirting the northern boundary of Pine Ridge Estates.

See figures below. The combination of the projects would sandwich Pine Ridge Estates and impact the quality of life in the community.
