Pine Ridge Property Owners Association members are being asked to participate in a Special Membership Meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Pine Ridge Community Center. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on a series of proposed amendments to the Association’s Declaration. The ballot includes 14 separate proposed changes covering topics such as tree preservation, model homes, setbacks, roofing, fencing, exterior colors, hurricane protection, vehicle parking, variances, and minimum home square footage.
Members may vote in person, electronically, or by limited proxy. Electronic voting must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on October 27, and proxy/ballot forms must also be received by that deadline to be counted. We encourage every property owner to carefully review the proposed amendments and the stated reason for each change before casting a vote. Your participation is important and helps ensure the community’s governing documents reflect the wishes of the membership.
