There has been a large volume of concern regarding the allowed use of land within and at the borders of Pine Ridge Estates.  Amber Ridge West, Black Diamond Reserve and the golf course are properties now owned by corporate entities controlled by DIX Developments.

The POA Board retained Pine Ridge Community Partners (PRCP) to advise us and respond to the offer made by DIX to the POA in March of 2025. Although the Board has made numerous attempts at explaining the complexities of the situation and its resulting actions to the membership, misinformation and rumors have persisted.

With this in mind, the PRPOA Board of Directors has asked PRCP to provide a presentation to members regarding its work on behalf of the Association and on potential outcomes from proposed amendments to the existing Settlement Agreement between Pine Ridge and DIX.

This is a timely opportunity for members to hear firsthand how a real estate professional sees the past, present, and future of Pine Ridge Estates.
