Referendum Town Hall
The sample ballot for the upcoming referendum was sent through the CINC system to all Members who are signed up to receive electronic communications.
Paper ballots were mailed on Wednesday, September 30. Electronic voting will open this evening, Monday, October 5.
To help residents understand the proposed changes and the voting process, we will hold a Referendum Town Hall on Saturday, October 10, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Members of the Documents Committee will be available to explain the proposed changes and answer questions about what is being presented for a vote.
Members of the Election Committee will be available to answer questions about the voting
process, including electronic and paper ballots.
Two Board Members will also be present to answer general questions about the referendum and
the process.
We encourage all residents to take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about the proposed changes and have your questions answered before casting your vote.
