New Tree Restrictions for Undeveloped Lots in Pine Ridge

New Tree Preservation Restrictions have been passed for New Home Construction in Pine Ridge. Forms and details are available from the website, management, and the ADC click the link  https://pineridgeassn.com/deed-restrictions/#1.01 1.01 B.

All Lots now have a continuous Tree Preservation Zone (no removal of mature trees in the TPZ), 15’ from Side and Rear Property Lines (Residential), 10’ for equestrian pastures.

The minimum mature tree number remains at 30 per whole acre.

Tree Preservation inspections are now required for all new home construction.

A Stop Work Order will be issued immediately for noncompliance.

Before any clearing or excavation for a new home begins, the following must be on site.

1. Permit Box installed containing:
   4. Tree Preservation Plan with Boundary Survey showing the Tree Preservation Zone (and all additional trees to be preserved, including specimen trees, defined as 24” diameter at 4.5’ above ground)

2. Tree Preservation Zone (15’ from side and rear property lines) marked with continuous yellow caution tape.

The 3 required tree inspections are: 

1. Before Tree removal: The Tree Preservation Zone must be marked with continuous yellow caution tape.
2. After tree removal is completed: per the Tree Preservation Plan, caution tape must remain around the TPZ until project completion.
3. After construction and Site restoration is completed.

All inspections will be conducted by Pine Ridge staff within 3-5 days of notification.
