The Board of Directors needs your input on two important issues that affect Pine Ridge Estates.
This spring and summer, the Florida Department of Transportation will examine two different projects that impact our properties, our homes, and our quality of life.
- The first is the design of the Suncoast Parkway currently planned to cut through the southwest corner of Pine Ridge Estates.
- The second is the evaluation of alternative corridors for a Florida Turnpike Extension, two of which skirt the northern boundary of Pine Ridge. Both processes include the opportunity for public comments.
