Dear Property Owners,

Thank you to all who have signed up for CINC web axis through the portal, and those who agreed for electronic service. The team and I have been working diligently to get your account (s) in line with all processes. If you have not yet signed up see the reasons below as to why you may wish to do so. I am here to guide you through sign up and use if needed.

Benefits of opting-in:

1. Receive official emails from the PRPOA (this is different from Stay-in-Touch emails which non-PRPOA members can also receive):
   • Allows official, member-only communications.
   • Multiple owners can opt to receive official communications.
2. Vote electronically:
   • Saves money by eliminating printing and mailing costs for bulky ballot packages. Consider that in the last election and referendum, 2,700 paper ballot packets were mailed, yet less than 500 were returned. That’s a lot of waste!
   • Saves time by entering votes directly into the electronic voting system from any computer (at home, on vacation, anywhere in the world).
   • Ensures security by recording data entry forensics.
   • Eliminates the possibility of human error from handling paper documents.

The 486 columns and signs should be ready to unveil very soon, all permits are in hand and the professionals are working on the installation. Thanks for your patience with this long drawn out process.
