Manager Message on Association Dues Increase

Important Update Regarding Membership Fees

Dear Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding our association dues. After careful review and consideration of rising operational costs and our commitment to maintaining the quality of services, the Board has approved an increase in association dues effective with the next billing cycle which is January 1, 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. Over the past several years, we have worked diligently to manage expenses while continuing to support the needs of our members. However, the increase in costs for maintenance, utilities, and other essential services now requires us to adjust our dues to ensure the continued success and sustainability of our association.

We understand that this change may impact on your budget, and we want to assure you that additional funds will be used to improve facilities, enhance member services, and support community initiatives. Specific details regarding the new dues amount and implementation timeline will be communicated in a follow-up notice.

We sincerely appreciate you’re understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Your feedback is valued, and we are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
