Pine Ridge Board of Directors Election Now Underway
The election process for three open Board Seats is now underway. Candidate resumes have been reviewed and verified by the Election Voting Committee (EVC).

Meet the Candidates Format
General:
– Each meeting limited to a total of 3 hours OR 15 minutes after the last question.
– Questions will end 15 minutes prior to the three hour limit.
– Pine Ridge Election Committee Member will be the Moderator for the proceedings.
– All time limits will be provided by Election Committee Members and strictly adhered to.
– The Moderator will start the meeting with reading of the procedure rules.
Candidates:
The order of the presentation will be by “luck of the draw” numerical tokens with valued from 1 to the number of candidates in attendance. Tokens will be placed in a hat and drawn by the candidates. The candidate with the lowest number will go first followed by the candidate with the next number till all candidates have spoken for their THREE (3) minutes introduction/opening statements.
Following the introductions/opening statements, questions will be asked by attending Pine Ridge residents ONLY. Each candidate will have TWO (2) minutes to answer each question. The order of the answers will start with the candidate with the number 2 token and progress to numerically through the candidates with the candidate holding the number 1 token answering last. The first to answer subsequent questions will be the candidate holding the token number equal to the token number of the candidate that first answered the previous question +1.
– Each Candidate will have THREE (3) minutes for an introduction/opening statement.
– Order of presentation will be determined prior to each meeting by drawing of numbers.
– Answers to questions is limited to TWO (2) minutes.
– Questions will be answered in a rotating method as called upon by the Moderator.
– Candidates will have 3 minutes for a closing statement in the order of the original drawing.
Questions:
– Questions will be taken from attending Pine Ridge Property Owners ONLY
– Questions are limited to 1 minute and directed to ALL Candidates
– Property Owners will be acknowledged by the Moderator, given a microphone, and give their name and address, prior to asking a question.
– Only ONE question per acknowledgement.
– NO personal or sensitive questions will be allowed.
– The Moderator has sole discretion of questions allowed.
