Proposed Pine Ridge Dog Park Documents
Earlier this year due to a grassroots movement in Pine Ridge the Board of Directors created a committee to investigate adding of a Dog Park/Run amenity within Pine Ridge for PR residents. The committee recommended to move forward with the creation of a Dog Park/Run.
About the Proposed Dog Run
The recommendation provides for
- A fenced area
- A little over half an acre
- Located on the community center grounds,
- Between the community center and the road to the flying field, fronted by the road to the rear tennis courts.
- It would be an off-leash park/run divided into small dog / large dog areas, on a little over a half an acre.
- The cost of the park and the ongoing operation would have no impact on the current dues in Pine Ridge.
