Dear Neighbors,

As our community continues to face dry conditions, I encourage everyone to think carefully before using fireworks. Even a small spark can start a fire when grass, brush, and trees are dry, putting homes, Equines, wildlife, and first responders at risk.

This year, please consider safer ways to celebrate, such as glow sticks, lanterns, music, or attending an approved public display if one is available. Choosing caution helps protect our neighbors and keeps our community safe.

Thank you for doing your part to prevent fires during this drought.

Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Fourth of July.

Sincerely,

Pine Ridge Board of Directors
