Detailed Instruction for Architecture committee submittal and approval

Instructions for Submitting Applications for Approval

All applications must be printed and either mailed or dropped off at the office located at 5690 W. Pine Ridge Blvd. Beverly Hills, FL 34465

For questions, please call 352-746-0899.

Applications need to be submitted by 3:00 PM the prior Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting.

Applications that are turned in without complete information including the signed application, respective checklist provided, site plan as needed, roof color and manufacture, paint colors will likely be turned down. Please follow the checklist for the respective improvements. 

• For instructions on what needs to be submitted and what needs to be included please review the Application for Approval Instructions. This will cover what needs to be applied for as well as what needs to be sent in to gain approval.

• If you require additional assistance, call the office M-F from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM at (352)746-0899 or email Manager@pineridgeassn.com However, we do not take applications via email or fax. 
• Mail or bring applications and supporting data to the office, we do not take applications via fax or email.
• The builder $100 application fee must be dropped off at the office in the drop box or mailed to 5690 W. Pine Ridge Blvd., Beverly Hills, FL 34465 Attn: Pine Ridge POA. All applications and form must be delivered to the office (They will not be printed)

The Pine Ridge Equestrian Liaison is a committee that serves the needs of the Equestrian community by way of bringing data to the Board of Directors.

Environmental Awareness and Education Committee

Purpose:

To serve the community of Pine Ridge by assisting the Board of Directors, the administrative staff, and the Architectural Design Committee regarding education, awareness, and accountability with all environmental concerns as related to our deed restrictions.

Documents Committee

The Documents Committee works for the PRPOA Board to help define Document updates for the organization. They meet weekly on Monday’s at the Pine Ridge Community Center
